LIFE MEMBER

A medical doctor holding a post-graduate degree/diploma after MBBS, from any university recognized by the Medical Council of India or the National Board of Examinations and with an active interest in the field of medical and biological ultrasound, whose scientific stature is in keeping with the aims of the federation, not in retrospect but from the date of the approval by the executive committee, will be eligible to be enrolled as a life member.

A medical doctor holding only an MBBS degree but practicing ultrasound and is registered with PCPNDT authority shall also be eligible to be a life member. They need to produce their PC & PNDT registration certificate as proof of practice.

PROVISIONAL LIFE MEMBER

Any M.B.B.S. Doctor from any institute recognized by the Medical council of India and pursuing a postgraduate course can become a provisional life member of IFUMB. He/She will not be eligible to contest for any post of the executive committee /federation. He / she will not have any voting rights. A Provisional Life member on completion of a post graduate degree/diploma recognized by the MCI / NBE shall be eligible to become a life member after submission of the relevant certificates as approved by the executivecommittee. His/Her seniority in IFUMB will be counted from the date of converting to Life mebership on submission of these documents. Kindly send true copies of medical degree and medical registration certificates duly certified by proper authorities or Gazetted Officers like Govt. Hospitals Dean. Please note self attested certificates are not accepted.

MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION

The following shall be the membership fee structure to enrol any new member:

Life membership fee - Rs, 10,620/- (includes WFUMB membership)

Provisional Life membership fee - Rs, 10,620/- (includes WFUMB membership)

The structure of the membership subscription will be formulated and altered by the executive committee, from time to lime, to be ratified for execution by the general body.

For married female doctors - if your certificates are in maiden name and your present name is different, then, kindly send an affidavit stating change of name from maiden name to present name or kindly send certified copy of marriage certificate attested through proper authority.
